Refund Policy
1. One-Time AI bot Builds (Dental, Chiropractor, Rental, etc.)
Full refund available within 48 hours of purchase if no work has started.
No refunds once build work has begun (since it’s custom setup).
If (WiiPulse) cannot deliver the bot within the agreed timeline (5–7 business days), customer can request a full refund.
2. Subscription Plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise)
Subscriptions can be canceled anytime — access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
No partial refunds for unused time once the billing cycle has started.
If service outage or bot stops working for more than 7 days, customer may be eligible for a pro-rated refund or service credit.
3. Additional Notes
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
